ATTACHMENT 2 A Response to Question 14: United Wireless Communications, Inc. is a corporation that is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Telephone Association, Inc., which is a cooperative that is owned by its members. A Response to Question 15: United Wireless Communications, Inc. has not received Section 214 approval from the Commission for any services prior to the present application. 47 C.F.R. 63.18(d). United Wireless Communications, Inc. is applying for authority as a resale carrier pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18 (e)(2) of the Commission's Rules. 47 C.F.R. 63.18 (e)(2). United Wireless Communications, Inc. requests authority to serve all countries permitted under a grant of global authority. As evidenced in Attachment 1, United Wireless Communications, Inc. certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions contained in Section 63.21and 63.23 of the Commission's Rules. 47 C.F.R. 63.21-.23. Section 63.18(g) of the Commission’s Rules do not apply to United Wireless Communications, Inc. because it is not seeking facilities based authority at this time.
