RE:    Notification of Acceptance of Terms and Conditions for Waiver ofthe Benchmark
        Rates for Cuba, IB Docket No. 10—95; ITC—214—20160802—00232

Dear Ms. De La Torre,
CubaMobile, LLC (hereinafter "CubaMobile")‘ hereby notifies the Federal Communications
Commission that it agrees to accept the terms and conditions for the waiver of the benchmark
rate applicable to Cuba as specified in the Commission‘s TeleCuba Waiver Order‘ and
International Settlements Policy Reform Order." CubaMobile submits the enclosed certification
in support of this notification.


Pursuant to the TeleCuba Waiver Order paragraph 33, CubaMobile respectfully requests that the
Commission reflect CubaMobile‘s acceptance ofthe terms and conditions and extend the waiver
to it in an "Informative" as part of the Commission‘s next Public Notice of actions taken on
international telecommunications applications.*
