CubaMobile, LLC is not a foreign carrier and is not affiliated with any foreign carriers or dominant U.S. carriers. Response to Question 11: Foreign Carrier Affiliations (Section 63.18(i)-(m)): CubaMobile, LLC is not a foreign carrier, nor is it affiliated with any foreign carrier as defined by Section 63.09 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.09.

No other person or entity holds a direct or indirect equity or voting interest in CubaMobile, LLC.1 There are no interlocking directorates. Coello Address: PO Box 260335 Miami, FL 33126 Citizenship: United States Principal Business: Telecommunications Ownership: 100% Response to Question 15: Section 214 Authority (Sections 63.18 (d), (e)(3) and (g)): Section 63.18(d) CubaMobile, LLC (FRN: 0024201022) has never previously received authority under Section 214 of the Act. Mr. Luis Coello, the sole owner of CubaMobile, LLC (FRN: 0024201022), was also the sole owner of a now-dissolved Florida company named TeleCuba, Inc. (FRN 0008734451), which previously received two authorizations under Section 214 of the Act: (1) ITC-214-19990428-00255 (authority to provide global facilities-based and resale services); and (2) ITC-214-20020924- 00457 (authority to provide service to Cuba). Section 63.18(e)(3) Not applicable. 63.18(g) Not applicable. 1CubaMobile, LLC is engaged in the process of seeking additional financing. To the extent changes in ownership occur as a result of new financing arrangements, CubaMobile, LLC will notify or seek approval from the FCC as appropriate under the Commission’s rules.
