Surrender of Section 214 Authorization File No. ITC—214—20160419—00140 Dear Ms. Dortch, Global Talk 123, Inc. hereby surrenders its Section 214 authorization as a provider of global resale service. Global Talk 123 was granted Section 214 authorization by the FCC‘s International Bureau on May 6, 2016.‘ The company intended to provide calling card—based international phone service. However, the service never went "live" and the corporation is now formally being dissolved. Global Talk 123 has no customers to notify of the surrender of its Section 214 authorization.
