Response to section 63.18(e)(3): Applicant is seeking both Global or Limited Global Facilities- Based Authority pursuant to section 63.18(e)(1) of the Commission’s rules and Global or Limited Global Resale Authority pursuant to section 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission’s rules.
