Syringa  Networks,  LLC   FCC  Form  214   Attachment  2     Page  3  of  3       4.   Project  Mutual  Telephone  Cooperative  Association  –  Project  Mutual  is  organized   as  a  rural  telephone  cooperative  that  is  wholly  owned  by  its  member  customers.    No   individual  member  holds  a  direct  interest  of  10%  or  more  in  Project  Mutual.    Accordingly,   no  individual  member  customer  holds  an  indirect  ownership  in  Syringa  of  10%  or  more.             Response  to  Question  15:     Syringa  has  not  previously  received  authorization  under  section  214  of  the  Act  to  provide   international  services.    By  this  application,  Syringa  is  requesting  authority  to  operate  as  an   international  resale  carrier  pursuant  to  section  63.18(e)(2)  of  the  Commission’s  rules.    At   this  time,  Syringa  is  not  requesting  authority  to  operate  under  sections  63.18(e)(1)  or   (e)(3)  of  the  Commission’s  rules.    Accordingly,  the  provisions  of  section  63.18(g)  are  not   applicable.
