Syringa  Networks,  LLC   FCC  Form  214   Attachment  1     Page  1     ATTACHMENT  1       Response  to  Question  9:     Syringa  Networks,  LLC  (“Syringa”)  requests  streamlined  processing  of  this  application  for   the  following  reasons:    Syringa  is  not  affiliated  with  a  foreign  carrier  on  any  route  for  which   authority  is  sought;  Syringa  is  not  affiliated  with  a  dominant  U.S.  carrier  whose   international  switched  or  private  line  services  it  seeks  to  resell;  and  Syringa  does  not  seek   authority  to  provide  switched  basic  services  over  private  lines  to  countries  not  previously   authorized  for  service  by  the  Commission.
