The equity of Symbio Wholesale Pty Ltd is 100% owned by My Net Fone Ltd, a company incorporated in Australia and having its registered office at Level 2, 10—14 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 Australia. My Net Fone is a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). Principal businesses of My Net Fone Ltd are provision of hosted voice and data communications services for residential, business and enterprise users, provision of wholesale carrier services, including number porting, cloud—based hosted PBX services, call termination, call origination and other infrastructure enabled services, and operation of a VoIP network in Australia. 2. Section 63.18(d)). Symbio Wholesale Pty Ltd has not previously received International Section 214 authority. 3. Section 63.18(e)(3). Symbio Wholesale Pty Ltd seeks authority to provide U.S.— international Individual Facilities Based and Resale Service to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The services and facilities in respect of which authorisation is sought are provision of call termination services and call origination services via voice over public internet facilities. 4. Section 63.18(e)(3). I certify that Symbio Wholesale Pty Ltd will comply with the terms and conditions contained in Section 63.21 and 63.22 and 63.23 of the FCC Rules as appropriate. 5. Section 63.18(g). Authorization of the facilities in respect of which facilities—based authority is sought is categorically excluded from environmental processing as defined by Section 1.1306 of the FCC Rules.
