Regarding Application File: ITC-214-20150126-00028 Company: Xvoice Inc Correction to Application Filed: Reason: Wrong authorization category. “Applicants seeking to provide U.S.-international common carrier services by reselling other carriers’ authorized U.S.-international common carrier services shall check the Service Type “Global or Limited Global Resale Authority.” In general, a grant of global or limited global resale authority authorizes the carrier to resell the U.S.-international facilities-based or resold services provided by any authorized U.S.- international common carrier.” For Application Question #5: Please remove: Global or Limited Global Facilities-Based Authority. That does not apply to what we do at all. Instead replace that with correction: Global or Limited Global Resale Authority For Application Question #7: Ammend: replace with correction: resale to end all international points except cuba For Application Question #8: resale to end all international points except cuba, using VOIP over internet as delivery method 15(e)(1): i) We are requesting Section 214 authority to operate as a resale carrier pursuant to §63.18(e)(2) of this section of the Commission's rules" ii ) resale to end all international points except cuba iii) We agree to comply with the terms and conditions contained in §§63.21 and 63.23 of this part. 15(g) Not Applicable Jonathan Li Xvoice Inc
