Dear Secretary Dortch: We are regulatory counsel to BA Telecom, Inc. ("BA Telecom"). During a recent review of BA Telecom‘s licenses, an error was discovered pertaining to the ownership information listed in the original 214 International application. The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission of the error and to correct the Commission‘s records to reflect the proper ownership information. History The management personnel of BA Telecom, Inc., and its affiliate UVNV,Inc.‘, who authorized the filing of BA Telecom‘s FCC 214 International authority, were unaware at the time of the filing that the ownership investment in BA Telecom originated from The David and Paige Glickman Family Trust, of which David and Paige Glickman are the designated Trustees ("Trust"). The ownership was incorrectly reflected as David Glickman, an individual. The Trust has been in existence since 2010. Information Requiring Correction On November 3, 2014, BA Telecom, Inc. filed an FCC 214 International Application along with a list of its 10% or greater direct or indirect shareholders or other equity holders in response to Section 14. The response included the majority ownership information as follows: David Glickman, an individual 61.1% Owner Correct Information The David and Paige Glickman Family Trust David and Paige Glickman, Trustees 61.1% Owner * A filing to correct the information on the FCC records for the affiliate, UVNV, Inc. is being submitted separately.
