Defense Mobile has no interlocking directorates: no officer or director of Defense Mobile is an officer or director of any foreign carrier.

Defense Mobile Corporation Application for International Resale Authorization Certifications Under Section 63.18 of the Commission’s Rules Defense Mobile has never before applied for or received authority under Section 214 of the Communications Act (See 47 CFR § 63.18(d)). Defense Mobile is seeking authority to resell authorized international services and is not seeking any other authorization in this application (See 47 CFR § 63.18(e)(3)). Defense Mobile will only resell services of facilities-based carriers and thus is categorically excluded from environmental assessment under Section 1.1306 of the Commission’s Rules (See 47 CFR § 63.18(g).
