Attachment: Customer Notice

February 1, 2016
Notice of Discontinuance of PSTN Service by Bullroar Telecom

Dear Bullroar Customer,

This notice is to inform you that as of Friday April 1st 2016, Bullroar will no longer offer termination or origination
services to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) in the state of Louisiana. We will continue to maintain
our hosted PBX platform; however, your public telephone numbers will need to be ported to a new provider. We
are working closely with the PSTN provider Broadvoice to assure that this process is as seamless as possible.
Customers should see no service disruptions as a result of this change. All current features and support channels
will remain unchanged. Bullroar will continue to bill for your PBX service at a new discounted rate. Termination
and origination to the public telephone network will be billed by Broadvoice. For most customers, this will amount
to an overall savings.
The porting process should take approximately 10 business days if there are no significant issues. We will work
with you to provide all the necessary documentation to facilitate the port in a timely manner.
For your reference, all of your phone numbers that require porting will be included on a separate page.

All inquiries regarding this notice as well as information requests and other general questions should be directed
to “support@bullroartel.com”.
As of the date of this notice, new public telephone number requests will be coordinated with Broadvoice.

The following statement is required by the FCC for discontinuance notices:
“The FCC will normally authorize this proposed discontinuance of service (or reduction or impairment) unless it is
shown that customers would be unable to receive service or a reasonable substitute from another carrier or that the
public convenience and necessity is otherwise adversely affected. If you wish to object, you should file your
comments as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after the Commission releases public notice of the proposed
discontinuance. You may file your comments electronically through the FCC's Electronic Comment Filing System
using the docket number established in the Commission's public notice for this proceeding, or you may address them
to the Federal Communications Commission, Wireline Competition Bureau, Competition Policy Division, Washington,
DC 20554, and include in your comments a reference to the §63.71 Application of Bullroar Telecom, LTD. Comments
should include specific information about the impact of this proposed discontinuance (or reduction or impairment)
upon you or your company, including any inability to acquire reasonable substitute service.”

Sincerely,
Daniel Wickware, President
