I would like to request the name change on the license number. The company did not change control. It is still under my ownership. Tellmo LLC still uses the IRS tax ESN of 47-1055991. The name changed was issued by the State of Texas. I have included that document for your review. Could you please make the necessary change and respond to krisherrick@tellmo.net when it is complete. I would also like an electronic link to the licensing page to verify the change.
