Address: Level 2, 82 Christie Street St Leonards, NSW 2065 Citizenship: Australia Principal Business: Holding Company Percent of Ownership: 100% (directly as 100% owner of Yatango USA) Name: Andy Taylor Address: 18 Lawson Street Balmain, NSW 2041 Australia Citizenship: New Zealand Principal Business: Individual Percent of Ownership: 85% beneficial owner of Yatango Mobile Pty Ltd. There are no other individuals or entities with a 10% or greater interest in Yatango USA. Yatango USA officers are also officers of Yatango Mobile (Australia) Pty Ltd, an affiliated entity. Yatango Mobile (Australia) Pty Ltd is a non-dominant mobile service provider operating under the SingTel Opus license and servicing Australia, a World Trade Organization member country. Response to Question 15 Yatango USA has not previously received international authority under Section 214 of the Communications Act and is not seeking authorizations other than those covered by 47 C.F.R. § 63.18(e)(1)-(2).
