TIWS America is owned 73.14% by Telefónica, S.A. (“Telefónica”), which is incorporated in Spain, and 26.86% by Telefónica International Wholesale Services, S.L. (“TIWS SL”). TIWS SL is incorporated in Spain and is 93% owned by Telefónica and 7% owned by Telefónica Datacorp, S.A. (“TelData”). TelData is 100% owned by Telefónica. Telefónica is a publicly traded company, and no person or entity owns, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of Telefónica. Guillermo Cañete is a director of TIWS PR.
