TDS Broadband LLC is the parent company of TDS Baja Broadband LLC. Owing to an administrative oversight, the 214 application was inadvertently filed under the FRN of TDS Baja Broadband LLC (FRN 0022516330). The 214 application was intended to be filed on behalf of TDS Broadband LLC (FRN 0022516348). The attachment included with the 214 application entitled "214 Request" correctly reflects the intended applicant as TDS Broadband LLC.
