The company filed its FCC 214 application in July 2013. It incorrectly listed “No” for the question on streamline processing. It also incorrectly prepared the attachments submitted as part of its application. I was contracted by the company to help it fix those errors and attached to this Pleadings & Comments filing are the correct attachments. In addition, we are changing answers for: (Question 5) From “Individual Facilities−Based Service (Section 63.18(e)(3))” to “Global or Limited Global Facilities−Based Authority (Section 63.18(e)(1))”. (Question 5) From “Individual Switched Resale Service (Section 63.18(e)(3))” to “Global or Limited Global Resale Authority (Section 63.18(e)(2))”. (Question 9) From “No” to “Yes” regarding request streamline processing”. (Question 12) From “Yes” to “No” on “does applicant to seek to provide services in any destination described in paragraph (1) through (4) of Section 63.18(j)” The company is requesting streamline processing for its application since all of the owners are US citizens and it meets the requirements needed for streamline processing for its FCC 214 application. ____________________________________________ Alonzo T.
