International, Inc. ( herein called “Licensee”) in accord with 47 CFR § 63.18 under application
for international authority which was granted to Licensee on July 05, 2013 under ITC-214-
20130607-00170. On July 23, 2013, the Licensee changed its official corporate name with
the State of New York from Blue Telecom International, Inc. to Net1IP, Inc.
