Applying the note to 47 CFR 63.09(g), William D. George, II and Alan M.M. George, Jr. are each treated as holding a 33.33% ownership interest in Applicant. This is because Ironton Telephone Company’s 99% interest in Applicant exceeds 50%, and William D. George, II and Allan M.M. George, Jr. both hold a 33.33% interest in Ironton Telephone Company.
