ITC-214-20130415-00108 – Surrender of Authorization Dear Mr. Griboff: PTT Phone Cards, Inc. (“PTT”), respectfully requests cancelation of the above-referenced International Section 214 authorization, effective immediately. Written notice to affected customers of the planned discontinuance pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.19(a)(1) is not necessary at this point in time because PTT has not offered telecommunications services to customers since December 31, 2013 when all prepaid calling cards sold by PTT reached their predetermined expiration date. PTT is currently winding down its operations, and is undergoing a corporate dissolution. PTT discontinued offering telecommunications services on December 31, 2013, and will no longer continue to offer such services. Therefore, PTT has no need for, or planned use of, its international operating authorization. Accordingly, PTT requests this authorization be canceled.
