Surrender of International 214 (ITC-214-20130409-00093) Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of Globe Tel Communications Inc., The Commpliance Group is submitting the following letter to surrender its Section 214 authorization. Per the guidance provided by the Policy Division of the FCC International Bureau, this letter is being utilized instead of the discontinuance procedures set forth in Section 63.19 of the Commission’s rules. Globe Tel Communications Inc. does not provide telecommunications services to retail customers. It does not have any customers. As such, this letter will be filed electronically via the FCC IBFS system. Globe Tel Communications Inc. does not have discontinuance issues and it has received a status of Green light from the FCC Accounts Receivable since it has resolved all outstanding FCC regulatory fees. The surrender of the international section 214 authorization of Globe Tel Communications Inc. is to be effective immediately.
