PinVOCO, LLC ATTACHMENT 2 Response to Question 14 PinVOCO, LLC (“Applicant”) provides the name, address, citizenship, and principal business of the individuals and/or entities holding a ten percent (10%) or greater direct or indirect ownership interest in Applicant:  Brian D. Waters, a United States citizen, holds a 33% ownership interest in Applicant. The address for Mr. Waters is 16501 Amberwood Road, Dallas, TX 75248.  Frederick N. Holub, a United States citizen, holds a 33% ownership interest in Applicant. The address for Mr. Holub is 4 Georgian Drive, Clark, NJ 07066.  Jason N. Welch, a United States citizen, holds a 33% ownership interest in Applicant. The business address for Mr. Welch is 1501 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10036. Other than as stated in this Application, no other person or entity owns a ten percent (10%) or greater direct or indirect ownership interest in Applicant. Response to Question 15 PinVOCO, LLC (“Applicant”) has not previously received international Section 214 authority from the Federal Communications Commission. Applicant is not seeking authority to provide service not referenced under paragraphs (e)(1) and (e)(2) of 47 C.F.R. § 63.18. Applicant does not seek to acquire facilities under Section 63.18(g); therefore, Section 1.306 of the Commission’s rules regarding environmental assessments in inapplicable.
