       Smith Bagley, Inc. (“SBI” or “Applicant”) plans to offer its customers a variety of

international calling plans that consists of bundled minutes of a third-party carrier; thereby

necessitating this request for a Section 214 resale authorization

       In connection with its application for authority to provide Global or Limited Global

Resale to all international points, SBI provides below the information required by Sections 63.18

of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 63.18, and requested in Questions 10-20 of the

Commission’s application form.

Section 63.18 (p): Request for streamlined processing (Answer to Question 9):

       Streamlined processing is appropriate for this Application under section 63.12 of the

Commission’s Rules because, for every country for which authority is requested in this

Application, (1) SBI will have no foreign affiliates; and (2) SBI will not be affiliated with any

dominant U.S. carrier; and no authority is requested to provide switched basic service over

private lines to a country for which the Commission has not previously authorized the provision

of switched services over private lines.
