In RE: Teledirek Global Corp., ITC-214-20120801-00193 Dear International Bureau Staff: Please be advised that me and my firm presently do not serve as legal counsel for Teledirek Global Corp., ITC-214-20120801-00193. Our representation of the licensee began in 2012 ended after grant of Section 214 authority by the Commission in February of 2014. After the grant of authority, there was some sporadic communication with the licensee and the firm. Such contact however did not result in the firm being engaged again for the licensee. Our representation of the licensee thus ended on February 13, 2014 and has not been reestablished since that time. All contact information for the licensee my firm has on file was checked and contact was recently attempted prior to this letter. Unfortunately, all contact information for the licensee on our files is apparently outdated or has changed. We were unable to reach the licensee at this time and have not had communication with the client for over four (4) years. Review of public records of Florida corporations with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations at www.sunbiz.org indicates that Teledirek Global Corp. was administratively dissolved on 09/26/2014.
