The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC Application for International Section 214 Authorization Attachment 2 Section 63.18(h): Ownership The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (“AWN”) is wholly owned by GCI Wireless Holdings, LLC, an Alaska limited liability company, a wholly owned subsidiary of GCI Communication Corp. (“GCI”), an Alaska corporation. The address of GCI is 2550 Denali Street, Suite 1000, Anchorage, AK 99503. After closing of the planned transaction by and among AWN, GCI, and ACS Wireless, Inc. (“ACS”), a Delaware corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska Communications Systems Holdings, Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc., ACS will own 33 1/3 percent of AWN. The address of ACS is 600 Telephone Ave, MS #60, Anchorage, AK 99503. Section 63.18(d): No previous Authority AWN has not previously received Section 214 authority from the Commission. Section 63.18(e)(3): Other Authorizations AWN is applying for authority to operate as a resale carrier pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18 (e)(2) of the Commission's Rules. 47 C.F.R. 63.18 (e)(2). AWN requests authority to serve all countries permitted under a grant of global authority. AWN will comply with the terms and conditions contained in Section 63.21, 63.22 and 63.23 of the Commission's Rules. 47 C.F.R. 63.21-.23. AWN is not seeking any other authorizations to acquire facilities or provide services. Section 63.18(g): Environmental Assessment AWN is not seeking facilities-based authority under Section 63.18(e)(3).
