89 Degree Networks, LLC FRN 0021711809 FCC Form 214 ATTACHMENT 1 Question 9: Streamlined Processing 89Degree Networks, LLC (“89Degree Networks”) qualifies for streamlined processing under 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. Under that provision, streamlined procedures apply to all applicants except those excluded under Section 63.12(c)(1),(2). Section 63.12(c)(1),(2) applies to applicants that are affiliated with either: (1) “a foreign carrier in a destination market” or (2) “a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services the applicant seeks authority to resell.” 89Degree Networks is not affiliated with any foreign carriers or dominant U.S. carriers and therefore falls outside the scope of Section 63.12(c)(1),(2), and qualifies for streamlined processing.
