Question 9: Provide a statement of how the applicant qualifies for streamlined processing pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. Response to Question 9: Cordova Long Distance, Inc., (“CLD”) is not affiliated with a foreign carrier in a destination market and does not have an affiliation with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services CLD seeks authority to directly or indirectly resell. Therefore, the exceptions of 47 C.F.R. § 63.12(c)(1) and (c)(2) to streamlined processing under 47 C.F.R. § 63.12(a) and (b) do not apply. Question 11: If the applicant is a foreign carrier, or is affiliated (as defined in 47 C.F.R. Section 63.09(e)) with a foreign carrier, provide the information and certifications required by Section 63.18(i) through (m). Response to Question 11: CLD is not a foreign carrier or affiliated with a foreign carrier.
