El Vecino of Texas, Inc. will comply with the terms and conditions contained in § 63.21 and §63.22 and/or § 63.23, as appropriate; Regarding Section 63.18 (g) – El Vecino of Texas, Inc. is not seeking facilities-based authority under paragraph (e)(3) of this section.
