The following information is provided with respect to shareholders of 10% or greater of the equity interests of Applicant: Applicant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LICT Corporation. The principal business of Applicant is the provision of telecommunications services. Mario J. Gabelli is the only owner of LICT Corporation whose ownership level exceeds ten percent. He is a U.S. citizen. Mr. Gabelli’s business address is as follows: Mario J. Gabelli Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LICT Corporation 401 Theodore Fremd Ave. Rye, NY 10580 Response to Question 15: In response to 47 C.F.R. §63.18(d), Applicant has not previously been granted international Section 214 authority. Applicant seeks authorization to operate as a resale carrier pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(2) to resell the international services of authorized U.S. common carriers for the provision of international switched, private line, data, television and business services to all international points, and to resell private lines for the purpose of providing international basic switched services to countries found to offer equivalent resale opportunities. Accordingly, Sections 63.18(e)(3) and 63.18(g) are not applicable.
