[(47 C.F.R. 63.12(b)(2))]. 3) Brevard Wireless, Inc. does not seek authority to provide switched basic services over private lines to a country for which the Commission has not previously authorized the provision of switched services over private lines. [(47 C.F.R. 63.12(b)(3))]. 4) The Commission has yet to list Brevard Wireless, Inc.‘s application as accepted for filing, so 47 C.F.R. 63.12(b)(4) is inapplicable.
