ITC-214-20101014-00406 and ITC-214-20101117-00470 Surrender of Certain International Section 214 Authorizations of Crown Castle Fiber LLC Dear Secretary Dortch: By this letter, Crown Castle Fiber LLC (“Crown Castle Fiber”) surrenders the following international Section 214 authorizations (“Authorizations”) that recently were assigned to Crown Castle Fiber as the result of a pro forma consolidation of certain of its affiliates into Crown Castle Fiber:1 ITC-214-20101014-004062 and ITC-214-20101117-00470.3 Crown Castle Fiber will continue to provide international telecommunications services utilizing the following Authorization that Crown Castle Fiber is retaining: ITC-214-20001128-00698. The surrendered Authorizations, therefore, are not needed by Crown Castle Fiber to provide international telecommunications services and surrendering the Authorizations will reduce the administrative burden on Crown Castle Fiber associated with maintaining multiple duplicative Authorizations. 1 See IB File Nos.
