We forwarded the application to the Executive Branch agencies on July 16, 2010. On August 6, 2010, the Commission notified counsel for the applicant that your application was removed from streamlined processing pending Executive Branch review.1 We understand that you have been contacted multiple times by the Executive Branch requesting infonnation about your application and you should have provided to them all necessary and requested information. On July 11, 2011, the Commission received an email from the Executive Branch notifying us that there have been no responses to their continued requests for certain information, dating back nearly a year ago, and that they request the dismissal of the above referenced application.2 Please inform us no later than August 12, 2011, of the status of the application in the Executive Branch review process and, in particular, confirm that you have provided the information requested by the Executive Branch and the date in which the information was provided. Federal Communications Commission Failure to respond to this information request will request will subject your application to dismissal without prejudice under Sections 1.748(a) and 63.51(b) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.748(a), 63.18(b). In such case, we will not extend the Special Temporary Authority under which you currently are operating, which was issued subject to BPP' s underlying application and revocable upon the Commission's own motion without a hearing.
