(Alrus) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) (jointly, the USG Parties). The USG Parties request confirmation that you continue to serve as the point of contact for matters relating to the LOA and that provide the USG Parties with updated contact information. Additionally, the USG Parties request confirmation whether the facts as stated below in your November 17, 2015 email remain the same, namely: there are no changes in business model of Alrus Telecom Inc.; the company doesn‘t provide VoIP services to US end—users; the company doesn‘t have any U.S. Records because it doesn‘t have US end—users given the company only works with telecommunication companies and carriers; and there has been no changes of ownership of Alrus Telecom Inc. since 2010.
