Without these responses, we are unable to complete our review. The case is Bras Amn Alliance, LLC (ITC—214—20090116—00019). As this case has been pending for several months and we have gotten no response, we wonder whether the FCC may reach out to the Applicants to confirm their continued interest in their FCC application and/or dismiss this case without prejudice as to refiling.
