Hello FCC,

Sorry, but I‘ve got anotherquestlon for you all. In researching the application for Cyber Bell USA, Inc., ITC—214—
20080825—00404, I discovered thatthecompany is now dissolved.(It‘s unclear when it dissolved.)

Given that the company appears no longer to exist, would this be a case where you all would dismiss the
application without prejudice? I‘ve attached the California State Incorporation site which shows that the company
had been dissolved. (From the research I did, I believe the owners may have created a new company in its
stead, CyberTel USA, Inc.)

Thank you as always! Jennifer

When I spoke with Mr. Isar last week, | asked him to send a letter signed by the applicant withdrawing CyberBell‘s
application. Since the company has been dissolved, he wasn‘t sure the company really cared about withdrawing
the application and assumed that we would dismiss it when it got too old.

Since Mr. Isar signed the attached letter (which I will upload into IBFS on Monday), could we dismiss the
application via delegated authority vs at the applicant‘s request just to get it off the books?
