The surrendered Authorization is no longer needed because LIFE no longer exists as a separate corporate entity. Further, at the time LIFE ceased to exist, LIFE did not have any customers receiving international services. Therefore, LIFE was not subject to the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission’s Rules. 47 C.F.R. § 63.19.
