(“PTGi- ICS”) to notify the Commission, pursuant to Section 63.21(h) of its Rules, that Go2Tel.com, Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTGi-ICS effective November 19, 2018. From that date forward, Go2Tel.com has been providing international telecommunications services under the authority of PTGi-ICS’s existing Section 214 authorization, granted on January 9, 2009 in FCC File No. ITC-214-20080131-00042. PTGi-ICS is a Delaware corporation with headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, and Go2Tel.com is a Florida corporation based in Miami, Florida.
