Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: File #: ITC – 214‐20080131‐00036 Dear Ms. Dortch: Please accept this letter of our company’s intention to “Surrender” our international section 214 authorization license effective October 20th, 2008 (ITC – 214‐20080131‐00036). Pacific Communications, LLC was granted authority of this license by the Federal Communications Commission back in February of 2008. Pacific Communications has never offered or has never provided any long distance or international telephone services. Pacific Communications, LLC has notified by e‐mail the Universal Service Administration Company to “deactivate” our 499 filer ID number with them. Pacific Communications, LLC has also notified by e‐mail the Law offices of Thomas K. Crowe, P.C. acting as our “D.C. Agent for Service of Process” that our company will be “surrendering” our 214 authorization license with the Federal Communications Commission. It is the intention of Pacific Communications, LLC to communicate and notify all of the appropriate individuals and agencies regarding our “surrendering” of our licenses. If Pacific Communications, LLC needs to complete any other form to “surrender” its 214 license or notify any other individual or agency please contact us immediately.
