You‘ll haveto double check the file, but I don‘t think so. 1 know that I called them in July and I believe it was their
counsel who said that they would get back to the EB by July 27th. This is detailed in my July e—mail to Mary Wheaton
(this e—mail is in the file). It is my understanding that the applicant/counsel never made that deadline and that EB has
not heard from them. If our current EB e—mails are not in the file, then someone can retrieve them from my archives
file.

Mary Wheaton‘s last request has been deleted from my e—mail so someone is gong to have to retrieve her last e—mail
requesting us to dismiss the application so I can go back to her and double check that EB has not heard from the
applicant/counsel.

Mr. Bajandas,
We received your application for USA Communications, Inc., ITC—214—20070717—00297. Your application
needs to be amended so that the name of a corporate officer of the company appears in the certification
section instead of the attorney‘s name. Since the application cannot be amended through IBFS, some
applicants print the application, make the changes and then scan in the document to make a PDF copy. If
you could provide us with this amended application, we can begin to process it. Please reply to all since I
