   Siobhan,

We would like to dismiss USA Communications application (ITC—214—20070717—00297), because it is now 16
months old. However, I cannot begin the dismissal process until I hear from you whether USA Communications
has been in contact with you. Would you please let me know ASAP whether you have heard from USA
Communications and whether it is an active case. If it is not an active case, we will begin the dismissal process.

Joanne,

Just checking to see whether you have received anything from USA Communications, Inc. or Infotel Group
Corporation. If not, are you OK if we begin the dismissal process?

We sent a letter to PhoneBrasil on October 8th, requesting by the 22nd the date they made contact with Team
Telecom, or we‘re going to dismiss their application.

JoAnn

Joanne,

The status of the applications we began dismissal process in July 2008 is as follows:

Telecom AG, LLC (ITC—214—20070801—00312) — granted 9/2/08
Apricot Management LLC (ITC—214—20070819—00344) — dismissed 9/30/08
Palestine Telecommunications Company PLC (ITC—214—20070226—00085) — dismissed 9/30/08

PhoneBrasil International, Inc. (ITC—214—20070730—00307) — Per Jennifer‘s e—mail of today (10/2/08) (see
attached), Team Telecom has not heard from them so I am beginning the dismissal process.

USA Communications, Inc. (ITC—214—20070717—00297) — The last correspondence I have on this applicationis an
e—mail from you dated 7/24/08 (11:39 am) to Mikelle, Jennifer Rockoff, Dupuy, Siobhan, Doug Daniels and cc to
Mary Wheaton. The e—mail says: "I also call the person listed below so that she knows the qs are being sent.
She indicated she is newly assigned to this matter." If Team Telecom has not heard anything else from them,
would you like me to begin the dismissal process on this application?

Infotel Group Corporation (ITC—214—20070920—00384) — The last correspondence I have on this application is an
e—mail from Thomas Lynch did 7/23/08 (see attached). If Team Telecom has not heard anything else from them,
would you like me to begin the dismissal process on this application?

Let me know if I‘ve missed anything or you have any questions.

JoAnn

several of these letters on 7/23, and would appreciate knowing if this whole group was dismissed

thanks,
