(ITC—214—20070717—00297) — The last correspondence I have on this applicationis an e—mail from you dated 7/24/08 (11:39 am) to Mikelle, Jennifer Rockoff, Dupuy, Siobhan, Doug Daniels and cc to Mary Wheaton. The e—mail says: "I also call the person listed below so that she knows the qs are being sent. She indicated she is newly assigned to this matter." If Team Telecom has not heard anything else from them, would you like me to begin the dismissal process on this application?
