Applicants are indirectly 100% owned by Telefonica, S.A., a Spanish corporation, through a series of wholly—owned, intermediate subsidiaries. Telefonica is a publicly— traded company, and no person or entity owns, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of the Telefonica equity.
