Monday, we can probably trust that he will send the email next week. He filed for private line resale because that‘s what
predecessor company‘s did. His company will aggregate U.S. carrier traffic in the U.S at a router and send it to a small carrier in
Mexico for termination (with transport possibly over the internet).
