Applicant and its U.S. operating affiliates agree to be classified as dominant carriers on the U.S.
— U.K. route, without prejudice to their right to petition for reclassification at a letter date.

BT Americas separately has filed an application with the Commission for a blanket license to
operate 20, 000 mobile earth terminals ("METs") with Inmarsat‘s BGAN service. See File Nos.

temporary authority from the Commission, pursuant to section 25.120 of the Commission‘s
rules, to operate up to 5,000 MET‘s.
