("Stratos Communications") herebyseeks to amend and update its pending applications to reflect the transfer of control and Petition for Declaratory Ruling that was granted as part of the Commission‘s Order in In the Matter ofStratos Global Corporation, Transferor and Robert M. Franklin, Transferee, Memorandum Opinion and Order and Declaratory Ruling, FCC 07—213 (Dec. 7, 2007)("Order"). As set forth in the Order, the Commission has approved a transfer of control of the licenses and authorizations from Stratos Global Corporation (the parent company of Stratos Communications) to the Trustee Robert M. Franklin. The transaction set forth in the Order was consummated bythe parties on December 11, 2007. Accordingly, the above—referenced pending applications should be updated to reflect the new ownership structure of Stratos Communications set forth in the Order.
