As we discussed, on April 21, 2004, our firm filed an International Section 214 License Application on behalf of please upload the following change to Line 16 of NetWeb Group, Inc. - FRN 0010127033. This Application contains an incorrect statement which must be corrected. On Line 16, we inadvertently checked "No", when the correct and truthful answer to the question posed is "Yes." Line 16 states: By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862, because of a conviction for possession or distribution of a controlled substance. I reiterate and confirm by this e-mail that the correct and truthful response to this question is "Yes." Neither NetWeb Group, Inc. nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988.
