Application for authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to provide Global or Limited Global Facilities-Based Authority (Section 63.18(e)(1)), Global or Limited Global Resale Authority (Section 63.18(e)(2)), Individual Facilities-Based Service (Section 63.18(e)(3)), Individual Switched Resale Service (Section 63.18(e)(3)), Individual Facilities-Based and Resale Service (Section 63.18(e)(3)), Switched Services over Private Lines (ISR) (Section 63.16 and/or 63.18 (e)(3)), Inmarsat and Mobile Satellite Service (Section 63.18(e)(3)), Individual Non-Interconnected Private Line Resale Service (Section 63.18(e)(3)). Authority to provide International Facilities-Based and Resold Services to All International Points. Authority to operate as a facilities-based carrier in accordance with the provisions of Section 63.18(e)(1) of the rules and also to provide service in accordance with the provisions of Section 63.18(e)(2) of the rules. Authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934 as amended, to resell service of other common carriers to provide switched service from the United States to international points. Authority to Resell Switched IMTS as a Common Carrier to International Points. Authority to provide reselling international switched services of other carriers as listed in their application and only in accordance with all rules, regulations and policies of the Commission. Authority pursuant to Section 214 of the communications Act of 1934, as amended to resell switched and non-interconnected private line services between the United States and various international points.
