("T—Systems"), by its attorneys, hereby notifies the Federa C m municat ons C ommiss or ("Zo nmission") of T—Systems‘ surrender of its authority to p ov ide: internaiiot al telecommuaications service between the United States and Montenegro £ur us nt to the ab »ve—referenced Section 214 authorization. T—Systems will continue to have authority to provide international telecommunications services on all other approved routes under the above—referenced authorization. In a foreign carrier affiliation notification filed today with the Commission, T— Systems is notifying the Commission that it has acquired a new foreign carrier affiliation with Telekom Crmme Gore A.D., the monopoly fixed line telecommunications carrier in Montenegro. Montenegro is an observer, not a member, of the World Trade Organization ("WTO"). Consequently, T—Systems is relinquishing its Section 214 authority to provide service on the U.S. — Montenegro route effective immediately. T—Systems does not currently provide, and has never provided, telecommunications services on this route. As such, T—Systems is not submitting a separate notice of discontinuance of service. T—Systems reserves its right to petition the Commussion at a later date to resume service on the U.S.—Montenegro route. DCO1/SMITD/254028.2
