On July 15, 2010, the Company filed with the Companies Registration Office of Ireland an amendment to the organizational documents of Latin American Nautilus Limited (enclosed herein), and, effective as of July 15, 2010, changed its legal name to Lan Med Nautilus Limited. Subsequently, on November 17, 2016, the Company filed with the Companies Registration Office of Ireland an amendment to the organizational documents of Lan Med Nautilus Limited (enclosed herein), and, effective as ofNovember 17, 2016, changed its legal name to TI Sparkle Ireland Telecommunications Limited. I have updated the Company's legal name on the FCC's Commission Registration System (CORES) to reflect these changes in the legal name of the Company. Further, I was advised by the FCC staff that, in addition, the Company should file this letter in order to effect the name change in the records of the FCC. Please note that no transfer or assignment of any licenses held by the Company, including International Telecommunications Certificate ITC- 214-20020412-00 178, has occurred. TI Sparkle Ireland Telecommunications Limited is the same entity as Latin American Nautilus Limited and continues to hold all licenses formerly held by Latin American Nautilus Limited.
