Application for Authority File No. ITC 214 20020213 00055 Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, for global authority to operate as an international facilities-based and resale carrier Application Connexion Communications L.L.C. hereby requests authority pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. Section 214 (1982), and Section 63.18 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 63.18, to provide global international facilities-based and resale services to international points. Connexion Communications L.L.C. is a new U.S. company organized to provide international telecommunications services. Connexion Communications is a limited liability company formed in the State of New Jersey and has no affiliations with a foreign carrier. By granting this application, the Commission with serve the public interest, convenience and necessity by promoting competition in the international services market. Competition will benefit U.S. customers by increasing service options and decreasing prices for services. Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of the Section 214 authority to Connexion Communications L.L.C.

Section 63.18 Information The following information is submitted, as required by Section 63.18 of the Commission’s Rules, in support of Connexion Communications L.L.C.’s request for authorization. a. Connexion Communications L.L.C. is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. c. Connexion Communications L.L.C. has not previously received authority under Section 214 of the Communications Act. e. Connexion Communications L.L.C. requests global facilities-based and resale Section 214 authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(1) and (e)(2) of the Commission’s Rules. f. Not applicable. g. Not applicable. h. The name, address, citizenship and principal place of business of the person who owns at least ten percent of the equity of the company is as follows: Jacob Lehmann – U.S. citizen 1402 Teaneck Road, PMB#214 Teaneck, NJ 07666 i. The applicant is not affiliate with any foreign carrier. j. The applicant does not seek to provide international telecommunications services to any destination for which any of the conditions listed in 63.18(j) apply. k. Not applicable.
