Per your request, we are sending you the following information as it pertains to our 214 License application. First, we are amending Question # 5, whereby we are deleting “Individual Facilities – Based and Resale Service” and adding checks next to 2 of the Service Types: 1. Global or Limited Global Facilities-Based Authority (Section 63.18 (e)(1)) 2. Global or Limited Global Resale Authority (Section 63.18 (e)(2)) Second, in response to Question # 9, our answer should be changed to yes, and the following is our “Attachment 1”: The application of R&D Networks, Inc. qualifies for streamlined processing pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 63.12 because: 1) The applicant has no affiliation within the meaning of Section 63.18 (h)(1)(i) with any foreign carrier in any destination market; 2) The applicant has no affiliation within the meaning of Section 63.18 (h)(1)(i) with any dominant U.S. carrier whose international services the applicant seeks authority to resell; and 3) The applicant does not seek authority to provide switched basic services over private lines to any country. And finally, in response to Question # 15, the following applies: In response to Section 63.18 (d): • The applicant has NOT previously received authority under Section 214 of the Act In response to Section 63.18 (e)(4) and (g): • The sections do not apply to our application
